The widal test report shows typhi "H" 1:120 and typhi "O" 1:60 and typhi ah-negative and typhi bh- negative. I have recovered from Covid-19 1.5 months ago. Can I have covid again or DOES IT INDICATE TYPHOID? What is the severity? What do you prescribe?

It's not typhoid because india is endemic country for typhoid only high titres indicates infection.its very unlikely that you have covid because antibodies are there from your past infection.

You have neither covid nor typhoid.
CRP indicates active infection while is negative.
India is endemic to typhoid, hence every Indian has widal + titres.
But they are significant only above 1:160.(infection)
You have values below 160,hence you don't have typhoid infection.
No medication is needed.
Improve diet and drink boiled water.
Do not worry✌
Widal is not a gold standard test for typhoid because of high false positives and is outdated these days, instead a Typhidot is recommended in case you have a long history of low grade fever which isn't getting ruled out.
Instead you should first get a CBC done to know if there's any infection in body in the first place.
It's impossible to tell anything without a detailed history.
