HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D. OR ADVISE HOSPITALIZATION AS YOUR WBC COUNT IS VERY HIGH. TYPHOID FEVER WHICH IS IN RAISED TITER. YOU NEED INJECTABLE HIGHER ANTIBIOTICS, I.V FLUID IS PREFERABLY BETTER. ORALY ONLY LIQUID LIKE SIPS OF TOMATO SOUP, VEGETABLES SOUP. TEA, COFFEE, MILK . CRUSED OR DISSOLVE THE BISCUITS,OR BREAD AFTER REMOVING THE CRUMB IN HOT MILK. TODAY IS SUNDAY, CAN YOU ABLE TO MANAGE TODAY TO BE ADMITTED UNDER M.D GENERAL PHYSICIAN.    INJECTION CEFTRIAXONE 1 gm TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER SENSITIVITY TEST(AST)DISSOLVE D IN 10ML OF DISTAL WATER. FOR FIVE DAYS. ORAL DRUG CANNOT BE EFFECTIVE AS YOUR WBC COUNT IS VERY HIGH. DIET IS VERY IMPORTANT IN FIRST WEEK ONLY LIQUID.
