Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What are your symptoms? Usually for typhoid on examination the biggest sign is something called relative bradycardia. After that a widal is performed. Widal should be performed only after 5 days of fever so that its conclusive. Based on your present values, you dont have typhoid. But that might not be necessary.  Kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

increasing titre is diagnostic of typhoid in widal test. In your case, it seems that you do not have typhoid.
