As per the CT report its localised disease. Further imaging needed to rule out distant metastasis.
Assuming its a local disease,
coming to your question,
they will remove entire extent of the cheek from inside to the outside , not just from inside.
surgery may include excising the lesion and surrounding tissue to ensure no gross disease is left behind.
This may be followed by reconstruction of cheek.
