Gas and paste type stool
I am having problem passing stool with lot of gases thats very embarrassing moment for me. This problem started from last three years,. Its treated by doctor with oflox oz + entroflora by mbbs doctor. And after few weeks or few month this problem again started. I dont want to use much antibiotic. What will be the correct treatment for me. Whenever i go to pass stool.. It not come with pressure. When i feel pressure stool comes in small amount but with lot of gasses. Stool is paste type. And fart is very smelly During problem. I do exercise daily.. I noticed sometimes i take oranges or lemon, beer, non veg, this problem worse i dont know is it true or not?

You need to change your life style - maintain correct body weight, non Obese, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly. Eat home cooked food. In spite of these if you have problems continuing then you have to get examined by a Gastroenterologist. It can be irritable bowel syndrome.

Could be due to simple lactose intolerance with growth of bad flora in gut.. Or colon problem like ulcerative colitis or crohns disease.. Need a gastroenterology opinion ..get a colonoscopy done
