Is it necessary to use tying cloth or using postpartum belt around belly after delivery ?! Are there any dangerous of not maintaining these after delivery?! Please don't reply consult me, need more clarification etc etc

After delivery you can be up and about soon. You may use an Abdominal belt for about a month. After that you should move around even without a belt.
The earlier you get rid of the Abdominal belt the better it is. Your Abdominal muscles should act to support your abdomen . If you get support of the belt too long your muscles will start becoming weak and it will be difficult to get rid of the bulge.
