It's been 4 months since my c section and  I have had back pain , can I start using abdominal belt now or it's too late

Belt is required initially for 3-4 months post surgery. Doing exercises will benefit you more. Belt will make your abdomen more flabby cause it will not regain its tone cause of its support. For back pain take calcium and vitamin D supplements
