As u r stil 18 yrs , u might not need anything right now ... The teeth do get worn with age n chewing... But if u r too conscious abt it , it can b grinded a bit to give u better esthetics... But u need to visit a dentist, who can assess n fulfill ur need..

yes there is definitely solution available but  you have to visit a dentist so that he can visualize the situation and treat accordingly.. may be just rounding of can help...or reshaping them by adding cement may be required.
