You will give gap minimum 30min between two medicines, Don't take any food or drink upto 15min before or after taking medicine. How to take means it is answerable only by your consulted doctor.

Ask your doctor, you have to take both medicines on same day or alternate day. If you have to take both medicine on same day then, remember one thing at least 10- 15 min. Of gap is must between 2 medicines. Dont eat anything at least 30min. Before and after taking medicine.

Your treating doctor is the best judge in this case as only he knows the case as well as the medicine.

Take advise from your Doctor itself. Better to keep a gap of 2 hr in normal cases.. But in severe cases for eg, high fever and all, medicines used to repeat in 30 min Or less.. Anyways maintain a gap of 20 min before or after food
