Two crl in ultrasound

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have done my ultrasound and blood test two crl r showing in ultrasound of 13 week 1 day and 5 week 6 days But my question is whether it is single or twins as in report he has mentioned single live pregnancy So please tell me currently I am taking susten , and ecospirin and injection for blood cloths
