I have got my periods twice before the end of the cycle. The flow is very light and lasted for 3-4 days each time.  Would this be considered a sign of peri- menopause?

May be due to premenopause..But do get some basic test like CBC,TSH,RBS and pelvic ultrasound done..Also get paps smear test done.
