I was undergoing ovulation induction treatment for 3 months. Post stopping the treatment, suddenly in this cycle got mid cycle bleeding on day14. When I met with doctor, she asked me for TVS scan on day1 of bleeding . In TVS scan it came like bulky size uterus of 7.8cm and adenomysis of uterus. By seeing this I got worried. In past during fertility treatments, I have done tvs scan many times. But have not got any such things. I went to a different place to repeat the TVS scan on next day (day 2 of bleeding). In that report, I found everything is normal. Uterus is normal of 5.8cm and there are No Adenomysis. I also asked to radiologist who did the scan on day 2, she also said all looks fine. My query why there are 2 different report in just matter of 1 days in 2 different place? Also, I don't have history of irregularities in period or also don't have any pain in period. This is the first time getting this. I have attached both the report here. Please suggest which report is correct.

Hllo,
During period or bleeding time some what endometrium of uterus become thick in leyer , this thickness is normal.
So I think in first tvs , it is due to this , he suggested bulky uterus.
But in 2nd thickness some what gone ..so it's normal report.
But I think overall,
Your report is normal.

Hello, there cannot be a huge difference in a day. Though Endometrial thickness may vary while you are bleeding, the size of the uterus will not have huge differences. Wait for the next month and see the changes. The changes mentioned in the 1st report can be during the OI treatment which can be mistaken. There are many chances that the 2nd normal report is the right one. But, you can check again next month. Nothing to worry. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.
