TUMOURs on lips tongue floor of mouth
While TOBACCO CHEWING SINCE 15 YEARS,first osmf III converted to tumours on lips tongue and floor of the mouth.since 7 months .
Now sides of the tongue and cheeks are very much painful .and burning a lot .
Since I m in village I m unable to attend ent SPLST.
Kindly advise what to do.
I m fearing that it had already spread.

U need to see ent. If required biopsy ct scan. U staying at home isn't gonna help
