I've had bad tummy pains which has gone to my back and to my right side I have a fever and shivering to. Feel sick and feel drained

Hey ther Well I guess it needs to get investigated Do ur blood tests and urine test And usg abdomen may be needed to rule out any problems.. Hope it’s useful
