7 yr old, tummy pain, loose stool, fever

Asked for Female, 7 Years

7 year old child is having pain in lower tummy, loose motions twice a day for 3 days. Having light fever and very little appetite. Please can some kind doctor help. I have started Tiniba 300 last night. Is it OK ?

T. Oflox-oz twice a day half tab with t.eldoper Lot of water with salts and sugar ors should be taken when you have a loose stool. Take t. Dolo500 half tab for lower abdomen pain and fever.
