Tummy after c section
Hi, I gave birth to baby via c section in August. Still my tummy seems to be like 6 month pregnant. I didn't use abdominal belt as it was very uncomfortable. How can i reduce the tummy? Someone told me tummy can't be reduced after c section. Please help

Hello, Belts are usually to support the abdomen and not responsible for weight reduction Since 6 months have passed by you can start exercising And follow a diet advised by dietitian Regards Dr Pooja Kolhe

Abdominal belt has no role in reducing the tummy after delivery. You need to restrict your diet and do abdominal exercises.
