3 month before a knot (gaath) came out on neck of my sister (37 age) in a single night but there was not any pain in knot (gaath).When she was go to the doctor for check up. Doctor consult for some test and after test Dr. said that you are suffering from T. B. Disease. He has started the treatment and after 1 month he says that surgery will be required for knot (gaath). So my first question is that any surgery is required for T. B. Disease. We hadn't satisfied with his statement so we had taken a second opinion from government Hospital Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital & General hospital Delhi.Both hospital's Dr. said that there are not any surgery required for T. B. Disease.Knot (gaath) is automatically settled down through the medicine treatment. He written the medicine and same medicine continued. But we want to consult the best Dr. to related this disease. Now I call him here in Greater Noida. So I want to know who is the best Dr. for treatment of T. B. Disease.

I need more details but there is no need for surgery in TB. Also you need to complete TB course. Homoeopathic treatment would be effective and permanently cure you and without any side effects.

No need of surgery in TB lymphadenopathy. The knot is just a inflamed lymph node coz of TB. Take full course of treatment, which is of 6 months duration. If any discharge from knot, then FNAC required. After full treatment, knot will automatically disappear
