I am suffering from skin disease named 'Lichen Planus' for past 2 years. It has spread to my neck, cheek & forehead, making the area of spread 'darkish' in colour.

Many skin disease can be treated by ayurveda management when diagnosed through ayurveda perspective. The symptoms of the disease is similar to udarda or kota. Diagnosis can be confirmed after direct examination. We have very good blood detoxification treatments available in Ayurveda like jalaukaavacharana & sira vyadha which is must for skin disease. & also medicines available to detoxify. It is better to get treated asap, because the more it spreads treatment will be difficult.

Lichen planus will need a proper treatment which can be done with Ayurvedic meds. Just temporary medicines won't help. Kindly consult an Ayurveda physician for proper treatment.
