Tuberculosis of neck
Had a lump on right side of neck , got fnac done , it said tuberculosis. then i got mantoux test done which has shown red i duration of 29mm size . chest cray shows bilateral hilar prominence. rest everything seems normal . esr is raised . only one thing is confusing that i have no symptoms at all ! no weakness , no cough , nothing at alll!!!!

Many patients with lymph node TB do not display any symptoms in the beginning. Start your TB treatment asap.
