Am 13th week and 1  days pregnant now. Last week i checked my tsh and found 2.8 Today when i checked blood ..it showing 3.8 Is it normal? Or will it affect my baby?  Immediate medicine is needed for this?

Firstly you are not suppose to check thyroid at such short intervals.. minimum one month gap is required..as of now don't start any tablet wait for one month...repeat TSH if level above 2.5 than we can start the tablet depending upon the value!

Hi. You can start tab thyronorm 25 mg daily on empty stomach as soon as you get up in the morning . Retest thyroid function test after 4 weeks .

Why are you checking at the interval of one week?? Thyroid has to be normal in pregnancy.2.5 is taken to be normal in first trimester.so relax and consult your gynaecologist once .
