TSH range 14.14
Have tested blood sample with TSH ranging 14.14 high.. thats hypothyroism... need to know what diet i should follow? Do i need medication to cure it? Or it will get well itself by following good diet.? Also have read to increase milk eggs n iodine in diet...

Hypothyroidism Diet Do`s High protein diet ( Not for overweight ) Have Seafood like fish Have Brazil nuts , walnuts and almond Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables Have sweet potato and green pepper Have milk, curd, paneer and eggs Iodized Salt Plenty of Rajmah, Beans and Pulses Dont`s No Alcohol Avoid Caffeine products Avoid Brocolli , Cabbage and Soyabeans Avoid fatty food, fried food, sugary food like bread Also you will need medication.
