TSH level 7.730
My sister got her TSH level checked 3 month back and the level came to be 4.640. Yesterday only, her TSH level was again checked and the level came to be 7.730. So, in this condition should she take medication to control the rising thyroidism or will it get controlled on its own by changing lifestyle?

Tsh is in increasing trend. But still it is subclinical hypothyroidism. Treatment depends on age, comorbidities, family history and goitre.
