TSH level 0.007 but T3 and T4 normal
I recently took thyroid function test, I got a TSH of 0.007 uIU/ml but with normal T4(10.43 ug/dl) and T3(1.68 ng/ml). Should I be worried or is it normal?

Hello.. Your report looks like subclinical thyrotoxicosis.. It could be part of thyroiditis or a rarely a early graves disease. U need to undergo TC uptake scan for differentiation of these two.if it turns out thyroiditis on scan u need mostly symptomatic Treatment for few days and monitoring of TFT.. Plz consult endocrinologist for detailed history and examination..!!  Need not to worry but definitely u shud consult endocrinologist, must be investigated and confirmed cause of deranged TFT....
