High TSH normal T3 T 4
Tsh 6.3 T3 4.01 T4 0.83 Do I have to take medicine throughout my life ? Will lifestyle changes help me ? According to my height my weight is 8 kg extra. Please guide. Thank you.

Obese people can have slight elevation of TSH levels, due to effect of leptin on HPA axis, which can normalise if they loose body weight but your T4 looks towards the lower range of normal limit too
