Hello Doctor,
my TSH is very high 6.6
T3 and T4 is normal
T3: 120
T4: 8.4
Please advise what should I do to reduce TSH?

Need detailed history like any medication taking for hypothyroidism, any symptoms are u having
If asymptomatic patient then no need of medication but need fallow up
