Dear patient,Given your TSH levels rose to 8.85 after stopping Thyronorm 12.5 mcg, it’s advisable to resume the medication to manage your subclinical hypothyroidism. I suggest taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg daily in the morning on an empty stomach. Recheck your TSH levels after 6-8 weeks, and consult an endocrinologist for a personalized dose adjustment based on your symptoms and thyroid profile (e.g., free T3, free T4). Dr. Aditya
