When TSH is above the normal range ,it is suggestive of hypothyroidism. Which means ur thyroid is not working efficiently and pituitary gland is releasing more thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) . Your TSH is high indicating hypothyroidism. You need to be treated for the same even of you aren't suffering from any major symptoms. Avoid cabbage and cauliflower in your diet. Homoeopathic medicines can provide a permanent solution for the same.
