Trying to concieve
Can I have folic acid tablet before pregnancy? I am trying this month. Is there any side effect of it?

We generally add folic acid as a preconceptional medical advice for both partners when they come for preconception counselling to us .

Take Tablet Fertisure M once a day for Male partner and Tablet Fertisure F once a day for female partner at bedtime
Next Steps
Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
Use Fertile periods method of joining from day 10 -20 of periods
Avoid lifting weights and stress
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Drink Milk with turmeric at night

Folic acid is mainly for baby's neural development.
Adequate stores are very important preconception. So go ahead and take the medicine,.. it's only a supplement, so you wont have any serious side effects

It's recommended to take folic acid for 3 months prior to conceiving, it helps in brain growth of baby
