Can I have folic acid tablet before pregnancy? I am trying this month. Is there any side effect of it?

We generally add folic acid as a preconceptional medical advice for both partners when they come for preconception counselling to us .

Take Tablet Fertisure M once a day for Male partner and Tablet Fertisure F once a day for female partner at bedtime

Folic acid is mainly for baby's neural development. Adequate stores are very important preconception. So go ahead and take the medicine,.. it's only a supplement, so you wont have any serious side effects

It's recommended to take folic acid for 3 months prior to conceiving, it helps in brain growth of baby
