Trying to conceive yet having cold

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I m trying for a baby.. on my ovulation days i tried. And after 3 days i had a sore throat and then cold and cough.. so is it a pregnancy cold?? Or Is it normal cold ??? M confused? Please help Also, can I take normal medicines to recover from cold and cough because m confused whther i have conceived or not??
