My husband semen analysis report : 7% progressive motility 2% normal morphology Liquefaction time 50 mins We are trying to conceive since last one year also undergo iui twice.. After iui sperm motility increased to 30-40% What should we do next. How can we improve sperm health? Does quitting smoking helps? And how much time it does take
