Trying to conceive in PCOS
I have PCOS and I am experiencing long periods like 11-13 days during my menstruation cycle (35-38 days cycle). Although flow is not heavy and mostly clots. I am planning to conceive now. I am not sure on which day I ovulate. Can you please help me to find my ovulation date. Also can you please suggest me some medicine to supplement me in conceiving by regulating the hormones and improved ovulation. Thanks for your help 🙂
