Trying to conceive

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Im trying to conceive for 4 years. Last year I had an ectopic pregnancy and my tube was removed. Now Im trying again... I'm having some problem after every ovulation. Day after ovulation Some time I'm having stomach pain , blood in stool, frequently urinating with burning sensation, vegina itching. All happening next day after ovulating and cured it self in 2 days.. 1) Why it's happening 2) What I want to do now I'm scare about another ectopic and chlamydia. Pls answer me in detail
