U have polycystic ovarian syndrome .the most important thing you need to do is weight loss which might help in spontaneous conception.atleast 5kgs weight loss.get Amh level repeated and T3,T4,TSH reports .
If you are unable to conceive spontaneously you will have to go for ovulation induction.
