Trying to conceive
I am trying to conceive from last two year .I had also misscarraige 6 month back .I had approached to my dr.he sd wait for another 3 months . After 3 months its not working .And I had earlier period that is comes 1 week prior.
Please suggest any diet and any excersie so I can concieve earlier.
