Trying to conceive
Hello Doctor, I wanted to inform you that my last period started on 24th April, but it lasted for only one day. This month, my period is now two days late, because my cycle is 24 days and I haven’t gotten it yet. I’m a bit concerned, especially because I have only one fallopian tube. Please advise if I should go for pregnancy test or not or take any specific steps. Thank you.

Do a beta HCG test instead of urine pregnancy test as the usual urine test might come falsely negative at this early stage.
