Trying to conceive. Follicukar study
Age: 29, trying to conceive since 6 months.Have bilateral polycystic ovaries and scanty menses but regular. Had a blighted ovum last year.
Doctor suspects anovulatory cycles. Tested FSH and LH. LH was high so she put me on ovralg for 2 months.
LH lowered. LMP: 5aug
Follicular study
Day 4: no cyst seen
(Took letrozole 5mg daily for 5 days)
Day 9: right ovary has 17mm follicle
Day 10: 18mm
Day 12: 24mm
Day 15: cyst of 21by 20mm(hemmoragic septatious)
Follike was growing correctly but no signs of burst.
What does this cyst mean?
