Chances of getting pregnant in left ovary egg is less than getting pregnant in right side? I have developed dominant follicule in left side 20x23 and it was ruputured on 16th day , minimal free fluid seen in pod and three line seen, follicule reached maximum size of 20x23 before rupturing, what are the chances of getting pregnant

There is no difference between left or right ovary. From your report looks like follicle size was good and ruptured around the right time.
