I am trying to conceive since last 4 months. First 2 months we tried naturally then my gynac have letroz , hcg injection , duphaston for first month and for second month sphene , hcg injection , duphaston but no positive sign. Today is my 2nd day of period and doctor now again started with letroz course. Also I am taking filic acis since last 2 months. My all reports are normal. Doc did pelvic scan which was normal and proper measurements. She told all size and everything has no problem. But I don't know still what is a problem to conceive. With same course during my first child I got pregnant in first attempt only. What are next treatments if this time also it doesn't work then ?
