Trouble sleeping
Unable to sleep at night, Feeling weak. no appetite. anxiety and fear of dark. mostly sleep at around 6am and sleep only about 3-4 hours.

sleeplessness can both be the cause & effect of depression / anxiety. It sounds like it is becoming quite troublesome for you. It is important we address the root problems here & not just some sleep medicine. I suggest you to consult for a full assessment of the problems. While you do that, practice good sleep hygiene techniques, relaxation / yoga, avoid naps, reduce caffeine, alcohol, nicotine intake if any, avoid heavy meals at night & use of gadgets close to bedtime.
