Hi, I'm 31 years old and I have trouble sleeping since past three months, I'm tracking my sleep using band and I notice my deep sleep is only between 30 min to 40min and I sleep around 5 to 6 hrs every day.
I started meditation and exercise and trying to go bed at same time everyday but still it is not helping,I feel tired in the morning after sleeping 6 hrs also
Please suggest how can I improve my Deep sleep time and quality of sleep
