The tooth no. 6 is destroyed drastically. Tooth number 7 is RC treated but cannot really appreciate how well the RCT has been performed. I think one of the canal hasn't been obturated (filled). Also the filling on top needs to be redone.

Get the better x ray done.
6 is broken and grossly carious. It needs to be extracted. Replace it after removal.
In 7 the endodontic file seems to have travelled out of the tooth. Mostly this will also needed to be extracted. But x ray is not clear.
Tooth no.6 has to be extracted.. There is complete separation of roots at the furcation.. There is no way of repairing that or saving that tooth..
Tooth no.7, the X-ray is not clear.. Cannot appreciate the RCT that was done for it properly.. Please elaborate on the symptoms related to that tooth.. Also get a better X-ray done for it again..
Next Steps
Please visit your dentist for extraction of tooth no.6.. And also get X-ray repeated for tooth no.7..
The RCT treated 7, it got perforated, it can be retreated after sealing the perforation, it may take time for the completion of the treatment and healing too. With regular follows up, the prognosis can be better.
For 6, RCT and crown. But the bone loss is bad, prognosis is not so good.
