I am 27 years old. I am a district level cricketer (batsman and fast bowler). I am suffering from L5-S1 disc herniation since. 9 months.
Now i have decided to take ayurvedic treatment. Is this treatment permanent or problem can reoccur??

Ur age is only 27 so there is very good chance of recovery....but u have to take a proper medicine and some panchkarma which can be done at home nly....i knw ur whole career us depend on it but it is better to take rest and have these medicines and how ur body is responding to these medicines that also depends on ur recovery...usually it take minimum 5 week to reach Ayurveda medicines to reach upto bones but u can see results from 1 week nly....
