Disc herniation and nerve impingement
I have disc herniation at c3-4 c4-5 c6-7 And nerve impingement due to osteophyte at c5-6 I don't have any pain but There is loss of strength in right arm and numbness after performing physical activity with right arm I am not able to lift heavy weights with my right arm but there is no pain as such I want to know WHAT EXACTLY IS THE TREATMENT FOR THIS ISSUE? HOW TO TREAT IMPINGEMENT ?
