Treatment for phimosis
My age is 22. I have recently identified that I have phimosis. I have surfed the internet and many of them says circumsion can be avoided mostly. And I also I am not ready enough to tell it to my family. Can we treat phimosis without circumsion?

Phimosis requires treatment if
1. you are having problem passing urine
2. you are getting repeated urinary infection
3. you are having balanoposthitis (infection involving glans penis)
4. it interferes with sexual contact
- It is not possible to treat phimosis with any medication.

Many times when it is borderline phimosis… Then during intercourse if you use proper lubricants like, lubic jelly, k-y jelly or any other jelly or oil etc. for both of you then many times there is no pain or tear of the foreskin and you can have painless intercourse.
But sometimes if the partner's vagina is very tight or dry then you may face problem.
So first you try the above said lubricants if your problem is not solved then you must consult a General Surgeon,
