Trauma in front teeth
5 months back my son got injury in front upper teeth. Permanent tooth came out. Within 1 hour we visited dentist and get reimplanted. But now after 5 months the root gets shrink. Again visited dentist and they are saying that there are very less chances of survival of that teeth. Please suggest.

Its difficult to suggest without an X ray, but based on your complaint, it seems to be a case of resorption of root of the tooth. In that case, chances of survival of tooth are very less. You can discuss about regenerative endodontics, if indicated, in details with your dentist.
