I understand the accident must have been difficult to process and accept but in order to move ahead in life you should seek help (whether from your loved ones or from professionals)

The internal trauma takes its own time to heal and might need some therapy session conducted in a safe space so the underlying emotions can be released. Once the fear is released in a.
