Hello doctors, my right side of tounge ache sometimes, If it at rest it don't ache but when it is rub against the teeth it ache. But it last for only 1-2 days. It is occurring every month. I have alsoTMJ. is it due to TMJ??

Can u see some indentations of teeth on ur tongue . If yes then its surely due to sharp lingual cups and they need to be smothered by a procedure called coronoplasty .

It can be due to the sharp cusp for the time being you can apply honey thrice a day for 1 week or Tess paste twice a day for 5 days don't eat or drink for half an hour after application
