What is your recent ultrasound report. For high protein,  drink more water, get crp and complete blood count done. Also do lipid profile. Get serology for hepatitis B and C done. Avoid beer,  eggs, red meat, spinach,  tomatoes for high uric acid . Take Allopurinol 100mg one daily for 10 days  then one morning and one evening for 10 days. Repeat uric acid after 2 weeks. 👋 Hello! Thank you for sharing your reports. Based on the values, here's what I suggest: 🔍 Interpretation: Your SGPT (85) is mildly elevated, which may suggest some liver irritation. Uric acid (8.5) is also high — this can affect both joints (gout risk) and liver metabolism. Your total protein (8.4) is slightly high but not alarming unless albumin/globulin ratio is abnormal.
Next Steps
Recommendations: 💊 Consider taking: • Udiliv • Febuxostat or Allopurinol, only if recurrent symptoms or as prescribed 2. 🥗 Adopt a liver-friendly diet: Avoid fatty, fried, sugary foods Minimize red meat, organ meat, seafood, and alcohol (if any) Add fiber, vegetables, fruits, and plenty of water 3. 🚶‍♂️ Regular exercise: 30–45 min brisk walking daily 4. 🧪 Recheck LFT and uric acid after 4–6 weeks with fasting
Health Tips
⚠️ Watch for: Joint pain, swelling (gout signs) Abdominal discomfort, jaundice, or fatigue 🙏 Keep up your liver health — it’s reversible with the right habits. Let me know if you'd like medication guidance.

Mildly high total protein (8.4), SGPT (85), and uric acid (8.5) suggest liver stress and possible metabolic imbalance. Next Steps: Repeat LFT and uric acid after lifestyle changes Avoid alcohol, red meat, junk food Increase hydration and physical activity Consult a physician if symptoms persist Helpful Tip: Follow a liver-friendly, low-purine diet. Monitor levels regularly.
