HI Please continue to use the same toothpaste as you r using, dont be confused by seeing too many brands around you. Tooth powders may contain more abrasives and may wear out ur teeth sooner leading to sensitivity hence powders are not advisable. Use a good tooth brush and brush your teeth twice a day with a tooth paste quantity of a size of a peanut on ur brush. This will be sufficient to maintain good oral hygiene.

Hi, It may be difficult to believe seeing all the hype on media but the toothpastes do not play a major role in oral hygiene.More important is to choose a good brush and a proper brushing technique. This coupled with a regular routine of twice daily brushing, flossing, regular scaling will all help to take care of your teeth. The type of toothpaste is not of much consequence as its main action is of foam and lubrication to remove plaque. However if you are suffering from some specific issue like sensitivity then a medicated toothpaste could be useful.

Hello..!!!                Well as per my knowledge, tooth paste doesn't play major role, it  just acts as a lubricant while mechanical brushing. Rather than using full length tooth paste, proper brushing technique is more important. No tooth paste will help in whetening. N if you ask for sensitivity of teeth, will suggest you Thermoseal RA or Sensodyne.
