Hi, which toothpaste and toothbrush is good for gum problems like swollen gums, bleeding, etc. and to maintain overall mouth health? Please suggest some products. Also, with soft toothbrush teeth don't get cleaned properly but soft toothbrush is important for sensitive gums. What can be done in that case?

Use clove sensitive toothpaste and soft bristle toothbrush for brushing your teeth. Get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. You can consult through this for further information.
Your gums are bleeding means you have inflammation of gums there are many reasons for that ,it may be periodontitis , gingivitis so you should so to dentist and get full mouth checkup.
All the tooth paste are good which are having fine particles and you should massage your gums with finger with brushing twice daily.
If your gums are bleeding then it means that your gum are inflamed/ swollen and you would need professional cleaning by a dentist. The hard yellow tartar on your teeth next to your gums is the main reason for gum bleeding and cannot be removed by yourself by brushing even with a hard bristle tooth brush. After that you can follow proper at home brushing and oral hygiene practices like flossing or mouth rinsing as advised by your dentist. Soft bristled tooth brush helps in preventing wear of your tooth surface early.
